Excellent trainer/instructor, very good communication, will definitely use again

Ben filled me with confidence from the start of the course. Elaborating on all parts for the pre-start checks. Ben was very quick to correct our mishaps and show us the correct method, giving us both tips on better maneuvers for the excavator, even scaring he hell out of me when he made me travel up and over a spoil heap, but reassured me every step of the way.
