Total Construction Training are looking to recruit a Mobile plant Instructor / Trainer to our tightly knit team.
The role is based at our Redditch training centre but will involve national travel to deliver training and assessment to our growing customer base.
The ideal candidate will be a NPORS qualified Instructor or a highly experienced operator wanting to move towards the rewarding role of Trainer. Candidate should hold as a minimum the following competencies:
Excavator, Loading Shovel, Counterbalance Forklift.
The successful candidate will receive extensive training and professional development opportunities to equip them to deliver the above training and assess learners.
