Lauren Mercer

Following completion of her Psychology degree, Lauren began a career in retail management, working for several well-known high street stores. After 10 years, Lauren made the move into event management and marketing, where she worked for many years planning and delivering training events, courses, conferences, exhibitions and more. Lauren joined Total Construction Training in 2024, and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Bromsgrove training centre, ensuring smooth operation and high standards for all courses delivered on-site. This includes IPAF, CITB and UKATA training.
