Benjamin Walker

Benjamin brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, having worked his way up from a site labourer to a skilled plant operator. His practical expertise spans a wide range of machinery, including 360 Excavators, Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers, Loading Shovels and Counterbalance Forklifts. 

With a passion for both machinery and people, Benjamin made the transition into teaching and testing. He enjoys helping others learn and is committed to passing on the knowledge and skills he’s gained throughout his career. 

He is a qualified NVQ Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) and a fully accredited NPORS Tester. 

Benjamin also spent two years working and travelling in Australia, an experience that broadened his perspective and deepened his appreciation for the global construction industry. His approachable style, real-world experience and dedication to quality training make him a valued asset to any learning environment.
