Adele Bradley

Adele Bradley is the Director of Total Construction Training, where she leads the team and ensures the successful delivery of industry-leading training programmes. Before stepping into her current role, Adele served as Operations Manager, gaining extensive experience in the day-to-day running of the business and its long-term strategy. 

Her career began at a young age, helping her parents run their spring business while still in school – an experience that ignited her passion for supporting family enterprises. She later worked within the NHS, pursuing a career in healthcare. During this time, she also served as Director of her own family-run engraving business, managing both roles with dedication. 

Adele eventually moved fully into the training sector, bringing her leadership, organisational skills and business knowledge to Total Construction Training. She currently manages the Redditch and Bromsgrove training centres and oversees all administrative functions for the company’s courses and awarding bodies. 

With a strong background in family businesses and a commitment to professional growth, Adele is passionate about helping others develop and succeed through high-quality training and hands-on support.
