Practical Street Works Training for Operatives and Supervisors

These NRSWA training courses are delivered in person at our dedicated training centres conveniently located in the Midlands and easily accessible from anywhere in the UK. Plus, we make booking a breeze, as every course has a clearly scheduled timetable with no minimum participant restrictions.
NRSWA Course Accreditors and Qualifications
All our streetworks courses are HAUC UK-accredited and fully compliant with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) 1991, so you can be confident your qualifications are up-to-date and officially recognised by employers.
We offer a range of NRSWA-accredited courses to suit all roles and responsibilities, including street works supervisors and street works operatives training, as well as NRSWA Unit 1 and Street Works Signing, Lighting and Guarding. We also provide a course in Confined Spaces accredited by City and Guilds.

The NRSWA is legislation that sets out the legal requirements for working on public roadways. To meet these requirements, site workers must complete accredited NRSWA training and achieve specific qualifications that prove they can work safely and competently under the guidance set out by the act. At Total Construction Training, we only offer streetworks courses that are fully accredited by HAUC UK (the Highway Authorities and Utilities Committee) and compliant with the NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act 1991).
